Fact of the day - Peanut butter

One pound of peanut butter can contain up to 150 bug fragments and 5 rodent hairs.
Up to 150. That means there could only be 120-130. Whew! I was almost disgusted there for a second.

Definition of the day - Hippogriff

Hippogriff, n. An animal (now extinct) which was half horse and half griffin. The griffin was itself a compound creature, half lion and half eagle. The hippogriff was actually, therefore, only one-quarter eagle, which is two dollars and fifty cents in gold. The study of zoology is full of surprises.

Fact of the day - Natural

   Here is the first fact of the day:

   The term "natural" (or "all-natural") has no nutritional meaning and is not defined or regulated by the FDA, so packaged goods and restaurants can use the term at will.
   For example fast-food chain Arby's claims to serve "100% all-natural chicken," but uses artificial flavoring. Consumer food products, now made with 100% all-natural bullshit.
